This document describes the standards Lustimacy ("Lustimacy", "we", "us", or "our") maintains to protect minors from harm on our platform. Lustimacy is an adults-only dating and lifestyle app published under the package name com.lustimacy. These standards apply to the Lustimacy mobile application and all services we offer.

1. Strict Prohibition of CSAE

Lustimacy strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This includes, without limitation:

Users found engaging in any of the above are removed from the platform and reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

2. Adults-Only Platform

Lustimacy is restricted to users aged 18 and older. This is enforced at signup: every account must enter a date of birth, and accounts where the calculated age is below 18 are rejected and routed to an "underage" screen. The minimum age is also enforced server-side in our search and matching logic.

Users may optionally complete a selfie-based verification flow, which marks their profile as verified for other users.

If we identify, suspect, or receive a credible report that a user is a minor, we disable the account, retain relevant evidence to the extent required by applicable law, and report the matter to the appropriate authority.

3. In-App Reporting & User Feedback Mechanism

Lustimacy includes an in-app Report action on user profile views (accessible from the discovery deck). Reports route to our Trust & Safety queue and the reported user is automatically blocked from interacting with the reporter while the report is reviewed.

For any concern that cannot be reported in-app — including child-safety concerns about an existing match — users can email [email protected] at any time.

4. How We Address CSAM

If CSAM is identified on Lustimacy — through user report, internal review, or third-party notice — we:

  1. Remove the offending content from the platform.
  2. Disable the responsible user's account.
  3. Retain relevant materials and account data for the duration required by applicable law.
  4. Report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the equivalent national reporting body, as required by law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  5. Cooperate with valid legal requests from law enforcement.

5. Compliance with Child Safety Laws

Lustimacy complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where the app is available. This includes mandatory CSAM reporting obligations and any platform duties that apply to our service in a given market. We review these obligations as our distribution expands.

6. Child Safety Point of Contact

For child-safety concerns, including CSAE reports and law enforcement inquiries, contact:

Please use a clear subject line such as "Child Safety" so we can prioritize correctly.

7. Updates to These Standards

We review these standards at least annually and update them as our policies, the law, and best practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
