1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Lustimacy. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information on your profile
- Use only your own photos that accurately represent you
- Not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
3. Acceptable Use
When using Lustimacy, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Post content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates the rights of others
- Share explicit content involving minors or non-consenting individuals
- Use the app for commercial purposes, solicitation, or advertising
- Attempt to scrape, hack, or reverse-engineer the app
- Create fake profiles or use bots or automated tools
- Share other users' private information without their consent
4. Content
You retain ownership of the content you post on Lustimacy. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app for the purpose of providing our service.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Lustimacy offers free and premium features. Premium subscriptions are billed through Google Play. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store
- Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
6. Profile Verification
Lustimacy offers optional profile verification. Verified badges indicate that a user has completed our verification process, but do not guarantee the accuracy of all profile information or the behavior of that user.
7. Safety & Reporting
We are committed to maintaining a safe community. If you encounter inappropriate behavior, you can report or block users directly within the app. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
Lustimacy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The app will be available at all times without interruption
- Other users' profiles are accurate or truthful
- You will find a match or achieve a specific outcome
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lustimacy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to our community. You may delete your account at any time through the app's settings.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
